Rob Pattinson is the envy of Twilight book fans – author Stephenie Meyer gave him an unseen manuscript that details his Edward Cullen character.
The hunky Brit wowed film fans at the weekend, taking the movie adaptation of Meyer’s cult book to the top of the U.S. box office, but he admits much of his success as a sullen vampire came from the author’s pre-filming gift.
Meyer’s book is told from the perspective of her heroine, Bella Swann, and not her vampire boyfriend, Cullen.
But the manuscript she gave Pattinson was all about his character.
He tells Teen magazine, “(The movie) was hopefully more balanced. It definitely did not just come from Bella’s perspective – it was an equal relationship.
“It (manuscript) was helpful for me – just the amount of violence that goes through his head, which isn’t in (the book) at all, but you can see Edward is completely nuts!”

Pop star/actress Hilary Duff has developed a crush on movie vampire Robert Pattinson, and told her boyfriend to watch out.
The So Yesterday singer admits she’s smitten with the sexy Brit, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in new movie Twilight – and now she’s on the hunt for her own bloodsucking beau.
She says, “I told my boyfriend, I was like, ‘Edward Cullen… I mean, find me a vampire, you might be done…!’ He’s handsome.”

Both Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift dated a Jonas Brother. The “Hannah Montana” starlet is former Nick Jonas’ sweetie, while the “Love Story” singer is ex-girlfriend of Joe Jonas. And now the duo allegedly join forces against their ex-boyfriends, reports the National Enquirer. Miley and Taylor reportedly want to warn girls everywhere not to date the members of Jonas Brothers. According to the National Enquirer, the Disney darling and the country singing sensation think the boys will only break girls’ heart. “Miley and Taylor want to send a loud and clear message to girls everywhere: ‘Don’t date a Jonas Brother! as they’ll only break your heart!’” a source told the magazine according to a report published this week.

When Access Hollywood asked Joe Jonas if there was any tension with Taylor Swift also attending the 2008 American Music Awards, he responded, ‘No, no, no. It’s all good.’
When Taylor Swift was questioned about the situation she said, ‘I’m going to have a wonderful night. I’m so excited to be here, I’m so excited the album went number one.. to be here and to be nominated and performing. This is going to be a fun night.’
Jennette McCurdy: Album In The Works!

iCarly sidekick Jennette McCurdy crams in homework, rehearses for her Nick show and now has a music career on the horizon.
The 16-year-old actress recently sat down with PJ Star newspaper to talk about iCarly, balancing schoolwork, and her future in show business.
Jennette shared this about her music: “I’m actually working on my first CD. I can’t even describe it, it’s so cool. I’m working with really great songwriters, and being able to get in a studio and sing and help write some of the songs has been an awesome experience. I’m actually learning to play the guitar and the drums. I played the piano in the past, for six years before. I’m really trying to delve in, full force. I’m hoping to release a single in the very early part of ‘09.”

Miley Cyrus smiles cheerfully in her Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer costume as she stands next to guest star Ryan Pinkston in an all-new episode of Hannah Montana.
In the episode, “Killing Me Softly With His Height”, while Miley Stewart is out Christmas shopping, she meets Connor (Pinkston) and agrees to go on a date with him. But after their date, things are less than spectacular (thanks to Miley joking around their height differences) and she’s determined to get a second chance. Think he’ll give one to her?
